How can I contact you?
How long does the shipping take?
Most products will be received in 2-5 weeks. Occasionally, due to very high demand, some items will take up to 6 weeks to arrive. We promise your item will be worth the wait :).
**For customers that wish to receive their items quicker, expedited shipping will be available soon at a small cost. Stay tuned!
Are you products guaranteed?
Yes. 100% satisfaction guaranteed on all of our orders. If an item is damaged during shipping, simply send us a picture and we will reimburse you the full amount. It is crucial to us that each customer has the best shopping experience every time and we will do everything that we can to make sure it happens that way.
I have ordered several products but only received a portion of my order…is there a problem?
Please note that it is likely that your items are shipped from different parts of the world and come from different manufacturers and jewelry designers. Therefore, you might receive each item separately.
Do you provide a tracking number?
Our global partners do not provide a tracking number. Please rest assured that every order is 100% guaranteed by One Drop Jewelry and that we will issue a reimbursement for any item that hasn’t been received due to lost parcels.
What is your return policy?
If you do not receive an item, if a wrong item is sent to you by mistake or if you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will refund you the full price of the item. If an item does not arrive because the customer made a mistake while inputting their address, a reimbursement will not be issued.
